  Department of Defense Program
Children of National Guardsmen and Reservists Welcomed at The First Tee of Delaware for No Cost Programs!

The First Tee of Delaware will offer golf instruction combined with character and life skills education to children of National Guardsmen and Reservists. The initiative is made possible as part of a two-year agreement between The First Tee and the Department of Defense.

 
  Financial Aid
The First Tee of Delaware is committed to providing access to life skills, golf skills, equipment and playing privileges for all children, no matter their family's financial situation. Working with national, regional and local sponsors and supporters, we are able to offer discounted programming and access fees to participants when necessary.

The First Tee of Delaware uses a scholarship form, which gives consideration to the family size and income levels.

  Barbara H. Dengler Scholarship
Active members of The First Tee of Delaware with a minimum of two years participation in the program are eligible to apply for the Barbara H. Dengler Scholarship. This scholarship is intended for post high school education. The scholarship is a one-year scholarship to assist in tuition reimbursement and or the cost of books and educational materials. Recipients must exhibit outstanding life skills, community involvement and serve as prominent role models for younger The First Tee members.  2010 Wine Tasting Event Details!

PACE Resource Center

The First Tee PACE (Providing Assistance for Careers and Education) Resource Center was created to equip eligible participants (ages 13-18) and their parents with information and resources to learn more about applying for college, college scholarships, and career exploration.
