Our Mission
To impact the lives of young people in the state of Delaware by providing learning facilities and educational programs that promote character development and life-enhancing values through the game of golf.
Code of Conduct
Partnership with the City of Wilmington

In partnership with the city of Wilmington and through collaborative efforts with Delaware youth organizations, the Urban Youth Golf Program Association offers The First Tee of Delaware to the community at Rock Manor Golf Course and other affiliate golf courses statewide.

The First Tee of Delaware’s Learning Center is located on the second floor of the newly constructed Rock Manor Golf Course Club House.
